Key words: emanation, radon, volume concentration of radon, atmospheric pressure, geological structure, uranium-containing rocks, tectonic faults. The object of the study is to monitor changes in the volume concentration of radon at the joints of tectonic formations and areas of uranium-containing rocks. The aim of the research is to study the peculiarities of radon emanation in the junctions of deep tectonic faults and tourist sites. Conducted: 1. Analysis of existing approaches to monitoring radon emanations; 2. Study of tectonic and geological structure of the region; 3. Determining the areas of location of the main joints of tectonic formations and areas of location of uranium-bearing rocks; 4. Measurements and at intersection nodes; 5. Analysis of the obtained data to determine the spatial and temporal variations in the volumetric activity of radon. In the period from September 10, 2021 to November 1, 2021, measurements of the volumetric activity of subsoil radon along faults at seven selected points were performed by RCC technical means. The obtained data were analyzed to determine the spatial and temporal variations in the volume activity of radon. There are 4 points where changes in radon concentration do not depend on atmospheric pressure and 2 points with radon concentration in the air exceeding current standards. The results of the research were transferred to the relevant public authorities. Product Description popup.authors Bakulich Andrew V. Hubanova Antonina О. Muntian Mykhailo S.
