The aim of the work is to develop practically important catalytic methodologies for the synthesis of N,O,S-heterocyclic compounds in C-H activation reactions, aziridination of allenes and related systems, 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition, and multicomponent cyclocondensations involving β-ketosulfones and their analogues. Research methods - spectral (IR spectroscopy, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry), quantum chemical, X-ray diffraction analysis. It has been shown for the first time that vinyl nucleophilic substitution reactions of deuterium-labeled bicyclic methylene aziridines with vinylmagnesium bromide and lithium dimethylcuprate proceed according to the stereochemistry of the SNVπ mechanism. A method for the synthesis of methyleneaziridineureas by aminolysis of 6-methylene-3-oxa-1-azabicyclo[3.1.0]hexan-2-ones has been proposed. A method for the synthesis of spirooxindolepyrrolidines and spirooxindolepyrroles has been developed. Oxidative C-H-alkylation of palladium-catalyzed oxides under visible light (450 nm) has been developed. The methodology of synthesis of new N,O,S-heterocycles (derivatives of cyclic β-ketosulfones, pyrrolidines, etc.) has been improved due to the development of new catalytic systems based on organocatalysts and transition metal compounds. The peculiarities of the structure of new heterocyclic derivatives have been studied using modern one- and two-dimensional NMR methods, as well as X-ray diffraction analysis. The results obtained in this work can be used to create new drugs with valuable properties, as well as to solve a number of problems of theoretical and experimental organic chemistry.
