The purpose of the work is to create a prototype of a multilevel system for monitoring and diagnostics of industrial facilities (industrial structures made of composite materials, electric drives for construction machinery, etc.) to determine their technical condition and forecast the residual life. As a result of the 1st stage of this research, the following results were obtained: - A brief overview of the main types of building structures made of composite materials and typical types of defects that may occur in them; - Structural and functional schemes of separate modules of universal multilevel system of monitoring and vibration diagnostics with possibility of carrying out test vibration diagnostics of industrial designs from composite materials and functional vibration diagnostics of separate knots and units of construction machines are developed. The circuit-engineering, software and design decisions necessary for creation of the specified system are offered. - Modern methods and technical means of vibration diagnostics of some construction machines and structures made of composite materials are analyzed, on the basis of which technical characteristics are determined and the main requirements to the universal multilevel vibration diagnostics system to be created are formulated. - Based on the results of the study of mathematical models of vibration diagnostic signals performed by the staff of the Institute of Technical Thermophysics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the diagnostic features that will be used in the next stages of this project are substantiated. The practical significance of the results of development and further practical application of the universal system of monitoring and diagnosis is the possibility of test vibration diagnostics of objects made of composite materials, and functional vibration diagnostics of individual components and units of construction machinery.
