The latest interpretations offer a model of a new transcultural ethics, which should include new principles of dialogue using modern social technologies focused on legal regulation and conventionalization in a purely technological mode; It has been proved that in Ukrainian society the European way of development and a choice of specific mechanisms of social influence on values-mediators and cultivating on their basis humanity in a human being have been clearly declared. The socio-cultural significance of the topic is that the results will allow scientists, authorities, the general public to more adequately and objectively assess the processes occurring in modern transcultural societies, including the use of transcultural potential in public policy; anticipate and assess its consequences, formulate optimal approaches to management decisions to prevent conflicts based on international and interethnic relations. The findings of the study may be applicable in legislative, scientific, cultural and educational activities and the educational process.
