 Possibilities of optimization of functioning of existing types of CCD-matrices, in particular thermal modes of functioning of their electronic units and overcoming of distortion of the images formed in CCD-matrices are studied. It was determined that the work consists of two different scientific fields, and therefore different areas of research. Therefore, the work was divided into two corresponding parts. Within the framework of these parts, 2 models of the device for conducting experimental researches for obtaining data of modeling of physical processes which will promote optimization of optical and thermal modes of functioning of ССD matrices were developed and created.
