The purpose of this work is to create highly efficient materials for optoelectronic devices, solid-state ionics and piezoelectric technology, as well as power engineering based on complex metal oxides and chalcogenides. Research methods were synthesis of single crystals, nanocomposites based on synthetic opals, glass, glass-ceramics and ceramics of active dielectric complex oxide compounds and metal chalcogenides, differential scanning calorimetry, differential thermal analysis, X-ray phase analysis, methods of dielectric, impedance, optical and radio spectroscopy. The complex oxides single crystals of Li2O-xGeO2, PbMoO4, Pb2MoO5, TeO2, Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3 were grown; glass-ceramic compounds on the basis of lithium germanate systems with nanophases were synthesized; globular photonic crystals based on active dielectrics have been created; methods of synthesis of nanocrystals of A2B6 compounds with controlled physical properties were developed and experimental samples were obtained. Complex studies of the properties of synthesized single-crystal, amorphous, nano- and microcrystalline systems have been carried out. The research work is a continuation of works on creating methods for obtaining crystals, glass, ceramics, nanocomposites to increase the efficiency of functional materials.
