The paper uses a two-stage approach to deformation, when at the first stage deformation is performed under conditions of large shear deformations for a more uniform redistribution of phase components and a decrease in the grain size - homogenization of the material due to mechanical action, and at the second stage - shaping of the structure. The influence of plastic deformation in the processes being implemented (staff pressing, hot and cold rolling of the strip) on the modification of the metal structure and the quality parameters of the material of the parts was considered, which was obtained as a result of experimental theoretical and numerous studies. In order to optimize the composition, depending on the thermomechanical treatment, the mechanical properties (yield limits, tensile strengths, relative elongation, hardness, etc.) of a series of new aluminum alloys of the Al-Mg-PM-REM system were studied. The introduction of technologies for the use of a new aluminum alloy for products of high-tech engineering provided a decrease in material consumption by 10-15%, an increase in corrosion resistance by 12-17%, and an increase in the resource of use by 1.5 ... 2.0 times. The new aluminum alloy has been tested at the enterprises of the State Enterprise ZMKB "Progress" them. Academician O.G.
