The purpose of research: to establish the features and justify the processes of formation of yield and quality of single- and multi-seeded varieties of fodder beet with different fertilizers in climate change. Research methods: field and laboratory, chemical, statistical analysis. The main results of the study: with the most effective fertilizer N45R45K45 + complex of macro- and microelements, the yield of multi-sprout varieties in 2021 was 81.1-117.3 t / ha with a dry matter content of 9.4-11.6%. Among these varieties in terms of root yield were: Brigadier (Germany), Ursus (Poland), Sonnet (Ukraine). The yield of root crops of single-sprout varieties of fodder beet was 71.4-81.7 t / ha with a dry matter content of 11.6-11.7%. The most productive variety was Darina.
