The aim of the work is to choose the parameters and modes of magnetron coating of the Ti-Zr-Ni system, to set the temperature and time of annealing, at which the formation of quasi-crystalline phase, approximant phase, Laves phase takes place in the studied coatings. Research methods - conducting experiments on the application of Ti-Zr-Ni coatings in an experimental laboratory installation, annealing samples of Ti-Zr-Ni coatings in a vacuum furnace, studying the structure and composition of coatings, X-ray diffraction analysis, X-ray diffraction, X-ray diffraction, electron microscopy and electron X-ray and electron diffraction results. The required distances, electrical and vacuum parameters of the magnetron coating of the Ti-Zr-Ni system, which ensure the transfer of the target composition to the coating, are determined. It is established that annealing at a temperature of 480-500 ° С is required for the appearance of the quasicrystalline phase, and annealing at 580-600 ° С is required for the approximate phase 2/1. Lavez phases appear at t ° 700 ° C. This work is the first stage of the work "Development of technology for the production of quasicrystalline coatings in the system of titanium-zirconium-nickel with special physical properties." Its results will allow at the next stage to make experimental samples of different phase composition and to investigate the relationship between the structural state and mechanical properties of coatings of the Ti-Zr-Ni system.
