VI Vernadsky National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2  Zirconium and hafnium phthalocyanines functionalized with aminobenzoic acids were synthesized, their composition and structure were established by NMR, IR, UV-Vis spectroscopy and mass spectrometry methods, spectral-luminescent properties in DMSO and physiological solution were studied; the photoactivity of the studied complexes was proved by a test for the generation of singlet oxygen when irradiated with light in the range of the first biological window. A series of phthalocyanine complexes of zirconium and hafnium with out-of-plane coordinated ligands-chromophores were synthesized and characterized, and their spectral-luminescent properties were studied. It is shown that the introduction of ligands containing chromophore groups into the complexes leads to the appearance of additional absorption bands in the visible region of the spectrum, the dependence of spectral parameters on the chemical nature of ligands is analyzed.
