Object of research - The system of training future officers of structures for moral and psychological support in higher military educational institutions. The purpose of the work is to substantiate the perspective directions of its development on the basis of the theoretical analysis of the current state and efficiency of the system of training of officers of the structures of MPS taking into account the experience of JFO (ATO). Research methods - historical, dialectical, comparative, modeling, abstraction, analysis, synthesis, inductive-deductive, structural-functional and method of decomposition of systems. The analysis of the legal framework of current legislation, guidelines and methodological documents on the functioning of military education in Ukraine, the current system and current state of organization and a set of measures to adapt young officers to service in the army (forces) during the first year. Also developed and substantiated proposals to improve the training of military personnel in the specialty "Moral and psychological support" based on the results of their service activities, taking into account the experience gained in combat operations OOS (ATO). The proposals developed in the research work indicate that in modern economic and political conditions improving the quality of education of university graduates, as the main tool for realizing military potential, is a priority, and adaptation of high-class specialists to military conditions is a priority.
