Research methods - modern methods of computational geometry, computer graphics, computer modeling, pattern recognition, data classification. Algorithmic tools for the model of a single multi-algorithmic environment (MEAS) based on the Voronoi Diagram have been formalized. The formal definition of the main tasks of image processing is given, the requirements to MEAS are analyzed. The MEAS apparatus has been developed.
