Quantitative chromosome disorders were found - aneuploidy (6.7%) and polyploidy (1.3%). The percentage of quantitative abnormalities corresponds to the spontaneous level of chromosomal variability characteristic of the genus Eguus. Structural chromosome abnormalities (chromosomal and chromatid breaks) were not detected, which indicates the stability of the karyotype of these animals. The study of genetic polymorphism of Przewalski's horse populations by ISSR markers (AG) 9C and (GAG) 6C showed a low value of the share of polymorphic loci (P = 0.25) and PIC index = 0.09, which indicates a high degree of genetic consolidation.
