Purpose is to study the properties of active antenna arrays of the decameter-meter range of radio waves to improve their electrical and operational parameters, the study of other antenna systems; development, creation and implementation of high-efficiency antenna elements and systems to increase the sensitivity and accuracy of radio astronomical measurements. Research methods - methods of mathematical modeling, the method of moments, the theory of noisy microwave circuits, rigorous electrodynamic calculations of the parameters of antenna elements, antenna arrays and terrestrial waves. Main results: 1. It is shown that the parameters of the linear antenna array in the double polarization array and the same isolated array differ little in almost the entire operating frequency range of the radio telescope, except for a small frequency band around the dipole impedance resonance. 2. An estimate of the polarization solution between the two channels of the studied sublattice, which are designed for separate reception of signals transmitted by waves of two orthogonal polarizations, was made. 3. A new method was developed and with its use the surface quality assessment of the main mirror of the antenna system (AS) MARK-4V was carried out. 4. A technique was developed and built with its matrix of errors of guidance of the antenna system (AS) MARK-4V. 5. A method for testing multipoles with the help of the Obzor-103 device has been developed. 6. Devices for modernization of the land parameter determination system have been developed and manufactured. 7. Annual variations of ground parameters have been experimentally determined. 8.
