The purpose of the work is to develop the Project of complex degassing of the 4th southern lava of the 7th layer block d4 of PJSC «Management of the mine «POKROVSKE». Research methods - generalization and analysis of results, methods mat. statistics, calculations according to standard methods. As a result of the work, the mining-geological and mining conditions of the 4th southern lava of unit 7 of PJSC «Management of the mine «POKROVSKE» were analyzed. The calculation of the expected methane release within the excavation site, the required degassing efficiency and air flow for ventilation of the treatment plant and the excavation site, the parameters and mode of degassing of the roof and the produced space. Measures have been developed to control the degassing system of the excavation section 4 of the southern lava of unit 7 during fires in the mine workings. The project of complex degassing of the 4th southern lava of the 7th layer d4 block of PJSC «Management of the mine «POKROVSKE» was developed.
