Methodology of the study: methods of forestry and forest science, forest inventory, geobotany, resource studies, general and radiation ecology, mathematical statistics. Vertical migration of 137Cs in soils and patterns of 137Cs accumulation in tissues and organs of trees, shrubs and grasses were studied at permanent and temporary sample plots, and the samples were selected. Based on the results of measuring the specific activity in soil and phytomass samples, The actual parameters for 137Cs migration from the soil (transition coefficients) to Scots pine, berry and medicinal plant components were calculated.
