Existing dairy wastewater treatment plants are either inefficient or cumbersome and require large areas. Such low-purification systems are impossible for low-capacity dairy plants. These wastes are significantly contaminated with organic products and without cleaning pose an environmental hazard to the environment. It is investigated that this problem can be solved by using the reagent method of purification, namely the selection of optimal process parameters: pH, coagulants, flocculants, catalysts, ultrasonic sounding and more. It has been experimentally established that the treatment of dairy effluents should be carried out in a slightly alkaline environment at pH 8,3, or in weakly acidic - at a pH of 4,2. At such pH the disturbance of stability of dairy drains is reached. Effective precipitants and purification conditions were selected for each of the processes. For fine purification, the expediency and efficiency of the catalytic oxidation method have been established. A new catalyst based on the Fenton principle has been selected.
