The implementation of the developed Strategy is associated with the achievement of the projected level of indicators in all priority areas of development, which can be traced to the stages of its implementation. The strategy is seen as a planning document of the highest level in the community, and therefore, its implementation requires the concentration of appropriate resources. The efforts of government agencies, the public, and academia are expected to focus on the successful implementation of the priorities and measures envisaged by the strategy. The following research methods were used to solve the tasks: abstract-logical, economic-statistical, statistical observation, systems analysis to develop a model of an integrated approach to the process of statistical grouping research, consideration and analysis of community needs in relation to structural change, relative and average values ​​and methods of analysis of time series. Methods of systematization were widely used in highlighting the reserves of improving the efficiency of TG management, methods of tabular, graphical and schematic presentation of research results, grouping to assess the effectiveness of socio-economic development of TG; theoretical generalization for the formation of research conclusions; methods of statistical analysis of cyclical economic processes and the method of trend models - to substantiate the basic indicators of monitoring and evaluation of the use of a set of indicators of local economic development, expert assessments - to determine the importance of indicators of integrated integrated indicator of socio-economic development.
