The aim of the work was to determine the conditions for the synthesis of nanoclusters based on π-complexes of 3d-metals. The research methods were quantum chemical modeling; electrochemical methods of analysis (voltammetry, chronoamperometry); spectrophotometry; scanning electron microscopy; X-ray phase analysis; derivatographic analysis. The composition and structure of complex compounds of copper and manganese atoms in different degrees of oxidation with acrylic, maleic and fumaric acids are characterized. The mechanism of chemical and electrochemical methods of synthesis of organometallic dispersions is described. It is shown that high-quality MnO(OH)/MnO2 films with unique electrical properties are emitted from solutions of manganese acrylate complexes at the anode, and a dispersion of total composition [Cu(C4O4H3)(H2O)] is isolated from solutions of maleate complexes of copper. Chemical reduction of Cu2+ ions allows to obtain organometallic composites, in which, depending on the molar ratio of Zn : Cu2+ reagents, the copper content varies widely: from 47 wt. % to 74 wt. %. The corrosion-electrochemical characteristics of cast quasicrystalline alloys containing d-metals: Al–Cu–Fe–(Si, B), Al– Ni–Fe as well as nanostructured thin-film coatings Al–Cu–Fe, Al–Cu–Fe– Sc and Pb – Sn – Ti. Scientific novelty. The regularities of competing interaction with Cu+ ions of water molecules and such π-ligands as acrylic, maleic and fumaric acids were established. It was found that the composition of the internal coordination sphere of manganese acid aqua complexes, the magnitude of the electrode potential, the acidity of the solution significantly affect the mechanism of electrooxidation of Mn2+- ions. Areas of application are electrochemical and corrosion laboratories of scientific institutions, enterprises of machine-building and instrument-making profile.
