Quantitative and qualitative parameters of the COVID-19 epidemic process during individual waves of disease incidence have been established. Factors that increase the risk of SARS-CoV-2 infection and the risk of death at the population and individual levels have been identified. For the first time in Ukraine, a phylogeographic analysis of SARS-CoV-2 variants was conducted; 4 leading lines of the virus were identified: B.1 (and its sublines), B.1.1 (and its sublines), Alpha and Delta variant (9 sublines: AY.4, AY.5, AY.11, AY.16, AY. 23, AY.24, AY.26, AY.33 and AY.36); established temporal changes in the prevalence of individual SARS-CoV-2 lines. The background share of SARS-CoV-2 infected among the general population, medical workers, blood donors at different stages of the COVID-19 epidemic process has been established. The frequency of detection and retention time of specific antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 after COVID-19 were determined. It is shown that the increase in the share of vaccinated (received at least 1 dose) among COVID-19 patients and hospitalized people against the background of the general increase in morbidity and mass vaccination prophylaxis is due to the fact that vaccination was not always appropriate anti-epidemic measures. The decrease in the intensity of the epidemic process of a number of infectious diseases according to statistical indicators against the background of the COVID-19 epidemic was determined. It has been shown that reducing the coverage of routine vaccinations of children threatens to complicate the epidemic situation of vaccine-controlled infections. A wide range of signs of central and peripheral nervous system disorders in patients with COVID-19, including depending on the time of their occurrence (acute period of COVID-19, post-COVID, exacerbation of existing neurologi Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2022-03-09 Close
