The purpose of the work is to develop theoretical bases of methods of design of rocket and space complexes. Analytical and numerical methods of analysis of design solutions regarding design-composite scheme of perspective rocket and space complexes, mathematical modeling of processes that continue in subsystems of launch vehicles and spacecraft were used as research methods. When performing scientific research work, a methodology for choosing the optimal orbital stage design, depending on the purpose, has been developed; prospects for development at the upper stage of hybrid and detonation jet engines were carried out; the method of creating the design of the mesh type adapter has been developed. The method of manufacturing the mesh adapter technology is proposed. Systemic analysis of the mesh design adapter for medium-range launch vehicles was also carried out; analysis of the features of launching spacecraft engines in conditions of weightlessness, as well as advantages and disadvantages of the main systems for ensuring the solidity of fuel used for modern fuel supply systems of the multipurpose spacecraft was made. The methodology of choosing a program for changing the total thrust force for fuel deposition before re-switching on the main engines of the spacecraft with the use of fuel solidity systems of inertial type has been developed. Recommendations on the optimal choice of the main design parameters of fuel solidity systems of inertial type have been made. The results of the work can be used at the enterprises of the rocket and space industry when creating new products.
