Possible models of integration of strategic environmental assessment into the field of land management are also analyzed, including: 1) independent retrospective model (development of land management documentation and strategic environmental assessment do not depend on each other); 2) partial integration of strategic environmental assessment and development of land management documentation (both processes are performed in parallel); 3) full integration of strategic environmental assessment and development of land management documentation. It is proposed to introduce models of integration of strategic environmental assessment in the field of land management, according to which reports on strategic environmental assessment should be prepared before approval of land management documentation subject to strategic environmental assessment, namely: partial and complete models; It is proposed to pay special attention to the stage of "consultation" in the process of strategic environmental assessment of project land management decisions - public invitation to the public through the introduction of the practice of publishing on the Internet, in relevant government agencies and media full text of draft land management documentation. A 60-day timeframe has been proposed for public discussion and comments. It is proposed to regulate the strategic environmental assessment for master plans of settlements, detailed plans of territories and other types of documentation, which the legislator positions as both urban documentation at the local level and land management documentation, which determines the need to develop updated methodological approaches to development, planning, construction and other use of the territory of the settlement.
