Registration Date 14-02-2022 Organization Institut of Land Use NAAS Ukraine popup.description2 The scientific principles of crop rotation in crop rotation are analyzed. Mandatory introduction of crop rotations, which needs to be regulated at the legislative level, has been substantiated. The advantages of crop rotations include: increasing soil fertility; improving soil structure; reliable protection against pests, diseases, weeds; increasing the efficiency of agro-technological operations. The positive ecological and economic effect of the application of a sound system of crop rotation at the enterprise level, as well as at the regional and state levels has been revealed. Ignoring the principles of crop rotation in agricultural production leads to accelerated dehumidification, increased erosion and degradation processes, increased costs. It is determined that when selecting crops in crop rotation it is necessary to take into account: data of agrochemical certification, suitability of soils for growing certain crops, the impact of predecessor crops, the level of intensity of cultivation technologies, soil fertility, relief, land configuration, etc. The problems of ecological and economic substantiation of crop rotations and land management in agricultural land use are systematized, which allowed to substantiate the need to develop and use dynamic models of crop rotations. Given the volatility of agricultural markets, changes in land ownership and use, it is almost impossible to rely on multi-field crop rotation. Therefore, a model of spatial planning in land use is proposed, which allows to adhere to the principles of crop rotations while taking into account changes in the external and internal environment every year. It is established that the conceptual principles of land management and formation of crop rotation in the context of sustainable development of agricultural land use include the justification of the following components of dynamic modeling of crop rotations.
