In our opinion, this is not enough, as this problem requires a separate scientific and methodological justification in terms of the legal regime of land use. Problems of land zoning according to the legal regime of their use are systematized, which include: lack of regulation of land zoning outside settlements, lack of criteria for assigning land plots to certain zones, lack of scientifically sound principles of zoning; Taking into account the experience of foreign countries, the directions of zoning are substantiated, namely: complex, sectoral and integrated, as well as the following types of zoning are proposed: urban zoning, which significantly affects the quality of life; agricultural zoning, as almost 70% of Ukraine's territory is occupied by agricultural land and needs rational and sustainable use; environmental zoning, as such, which should take into account the growing challenges of anthropogenic pressure on the environment; socio-economic zoning, which directly and indirectly affects employment and leisure of the population; special zoning, which takes into account the characteristics of defense lands, lands with special legal regime, border lands, etc. Product Description popup.authors IBATULLIN SHAMIL I Avramchuk Bohdan O.
