It is proposed to reserve (until approved by the village community or village council) on a separate layer in the State Land Cadastre the boundaries of land management projects and establish a ban on State cadastral registrars of registration of other land plots that intersect with the project boundary. It is proposed to amend the regulations on the reservation of boundaries defined by land management projects and prohibit the implementation of State cadastral registrars registration actions for other land plots that intersect with the project boundary. It is established that the transfer of new (project) boundaries of settlements proposed by master plans is an urgent problem, when there is a discrepancy between the project boundary and the existing boundaries of landowners and land users, land contours, which will further affect the rational use of land resources and sustainable development . In connection with the introduction of land legislation of a new type of land management documentation to establish the boundaries of territorial communities, we have developed guidelines for the preparation of relevant land management projects.
