Scientific novelty lies in the theoretical substantiation of innovative strategies for the balanced development of the world economy, the development of methodological and practical recommendations for their impact on the functioning of different countries. The economic and social effect will be achieved through the implementation of recommendations for improving the economic policy of the world, including Ukraine, in order to ensure sustainable development goals to stimulate economic growth in Ukraine and improve the welfare of the population. The sphere of use of the research results is the foreign economic activity of Ukraine. The results will also be used by specialists in foreign economic activity, investment market participants in determining their financial and foreign economic policy. The practical significance of the obtained results is that the methods can be used by the legislative and executive authorities in the development of economic policy measures, in the activities of enterprises and organizations.
