The aim of the work is to develop technologies for diagnosing the quality of agricultural electricity consumers and innovative means of improving energy efficiency of integrated power supply systems based on MicroGrid and SMART technologies by providing them with a reliable reference time signal for monitoring parameters using IP technologies. Research methods - general theory of systems and systems analysis, theory of information and cybernetics, theory of automatic control, statistical methods of information processing, modern information technology, methods of modeling and experimental research of complex systems. The significance of the obtained results lies in the development of conceptual bases for diagnosing the quality of functioning of agricultural consumers of electricity in the production, processing, storage of raw materials of plant origin and automation of technological processes in animal husbandry. The problems of improving the energy efficiency of SMART and MicroGrid systems by reliably providing a single reference time signal for monitoring the quality of electricity. The laboratory sample of the device of quality control of formation of sync signals of IP networks, algorithm of work of the microcontroller of family of LPC of the processor board with the Ethernet interface and the shapers of the signals measured on FPGA ALTERA is developed. Works on computer programming of the TV measuring module were performed and experimental researches of the laboratory sample of the device of quality control of formation of sync signals were carried out.
