Results: diseases of the paraurethral glands occur against the background of chronic diseases of the pelvic organs, the recurrence rate of which is 74.4%. Inflammation of the paraurethral glands complicated by gynecological history was 81.5%, sexological - 51.9%. In 24 (88.9%) women there was an accumulation of biomass of microorganisms in the urethra, which leads to increased invasiveness and increased development of inflammatory changes in the paraurethral glands.
