The purpose of the work is to find conditions under which synergetic management of economic activity becomes possible. Research methods - abstract-logical method, monographic, statistical-economic method, classifications, methods of economic-mathematical modeling and others. The introduction of the solution of problems of synergetic management of efficiency of economic activity is substantiated. The view on the expediency of separation in economic knowledge directly called "theoretical economics" was further developed and the functions of theoretical economics were characterized. It is emphasized that within this direction it is necessary not only to disseminate new knowledge acquired by theorists, but also the ways of thinking that led to these achievements. It is determined that public administration satisfies the requirement of "predictability stability", it is advisable to build on the basis of synergetic management theory, which is successfully implemented in the management of complex technical systems, and is an organized and focused process of reducing excessive degrees of freedom. The procedure of reducing the formation of certain connections between the system coordinates - invariant diversity (synergies), which implement the plan, was further developed. The economic-mathematical model "demand / supply" in the form of a system of nonlinear differential equations is proposed, with its further analysis from the standpoint of the general theory of synergetic control of complex systems. The activity-holistic view of economic activity is substantiated, it allowed to build a systemic triad of three equal elements "resources", "activity" and "result", each of which can act as a factor in the coexistence of the other two.
