Research methods – methods of mathematical modeling, physical experiment, registration of transient electrical processes, methods of optical microscopy, X-ray diffraction analysis. A simplified technological scheme for obtaining multifunctional dispersion - strengthened nanoparticles of materials, based on Ti – Al – C, Cu – Al and Cu – Al – C systems, has been determined, which allows the significant reduce of energy costs for the production of parts. The technological recommendations for the application of technological methods for obtaining high-wear metal matrix composites, based on these systems, was developed, which consist of an integrated approach that includes operations of HVED dispersion and synthesis of ultrafine powders and effective ways to consolidate them using a combination of SHS processes and SPS method. The scientific results of the research will be used in the further development of scientific achievements to determine the conditions of the controlled influence of the superposition of electromagnetic fields on the crystallization ability of the melt. The practical significance of the results lies in the development of innovative technological processes for foundry production that will provide high quality castings.
