The subject of research is organizational and legal framework of implementation of the guarantees of social protection of the personnel of Civil Protection Service. Research objectives are the analysis of the legislative enforcement of state social policy in the Civil Protection Sphere, the synthesis and development of the theory of social protection of the personnel of Civil Protection Service as a way of the implementation of state social policy, rationale for the priorities and mainstreams of the guarantees of social protection of the personnel. The scientific novelty of the conducted research lies in defining the authors’ notion of social protection of the personnel of Civil Protection Service and in determining the specifics of social protection of the personnel of Civil Protection Service. Practical importance of the obtained results of the research is proved by the fact that the conclusions, plausible suggestions and recommendations formulated in the Scientific Research Work can be used in law-making and regulatory enforcement practice aimed at upgrading legal and social protection of the personnel of the SES of Ukraine, at reinforcement of protection of rights, freedoms, duties and legally protected interests as well as the implementation of the results of the Scientific Research Work into the training process of the personnel of bodies and units of Civil Protection Service in departmental Higher Education Institutes of the system of the SES of Ukraine and while preparing reference and methodological materials for the personnel of Civil Protection Service.
