Karazin Kharkiv National University popup.description2  The project presupposes solving a number of problems in the theory of electromagnetic fields and applied electrodynamics, which are aimed at designing and creating on the basis of hybrid metal-dielectric structures (HMDS) of various forms of new, complex geometry, multicomponent, multimode functional elements of microwave, EHF and terahertz ranges. During the project, a set of research (theoretical and experimental) will be conducted to identify new physical laws of wave processes in multimode multifunctional elements and radiating systems of microwave, EHF and terahertz bands based on HMDS. It is expected that the data obtained during the project will provide a fundamental basis for the design and creation of reliable, high-tech, structurally advanced, small multifunctional elements and radiating systems of microwave, EHF and terahertz bands of the new generation based on HMDS, which would be competitive globally . These data, according to their scientific and scientific-technical components, will allow to develop physical (radiophysical) technologies for various fields of application, including the military-industrial branch.
