The purpose of the work is to develop scientific bases and technological principles of using as a secondary functional and energy raw material in the production of silicate materials for modern technical facilities. Research methods - thermodynamic analysis, simulation 3D modeling of the structure of composite materials, electron microscopy, X-ray phase, thermal analysis, optical, scanning electron microscopy. Based on the obtained information on resource-intensive industrial waste and research on the possibilities of their effective use as raw materials and energy resources in the technologies of ceramic, composite and glass materials, an information database has been developed. The multiparametric analysis was carried out and the optimal technological parameters of silicate materials production for different functional purpose were determined under the condition of the maximum level of waste utilization. On the basis of the analysis of thermal processes technological reserves of energy saving were defined and ways of optimization of the industrial equipment are revealed. New methods of technological preparation of certain waste groups have been developed, energy-saving methods of consolidation of ceramic powders have been identified, which intensify technological processes in the production of large-capacity building materials. Based on certain patterns of formation of structural-phase composition and properties of developed materials and products (special binders, architectural and building ceramics, energy-saving float glasses with low-emission coatings, diamond-abrasive tools) determined the optimal recipe-technological parameters of their production. Laboratory-industrial verification of developments in the conditions of real productions was carried out.
