Objective: To improve the quality of medical care for children with congenital malformations and diseases that require surgical correction by developing and implementing minimally invasive methods of diagnosis and treatment. Research methods: clinical, biochemical, ultrasound, radiological, medical and statistical analysis. Results obtained: The method of "double" PIRS was developed and implemented in practice, which reduces the risk of disease recurrence by closing the inner inguinal ring more tightly. The use of this method is possible for all surgeons, even those who do not have sufficient skills of laparoscopic interventions. Based on the study of changes in gas exchange in the lungs during laparoscopic interventions, clear parameters of CO2 pressure in the abdominal cavity depending on the age of the patient and ways to correct respiratory function of the lungs. It has been shown that laparoscopic treatment of inguinal hernias by PIRS in newborns and children under one year, due to visual control of the needle tip, is accompanied by fewer postoperative complications, including testicular, compared to traditional herniotomy. A comparative analysis of the results of laparoscopic and traditional treatment in children not only with uncomplicated but also pinched inguinal hernias, which showed the benefits of minimally invasive intervention. The identified changes in the state of bone tissue in patients after GGO at different stages of treatment indicate the importance of dynamic densitometric examination of these patients at treatment stages for timely detection of osteopenia and osteoporosis. In order to prescribe drug therapy aimed at improving the density and mineralization of bone tissue, it is necessary to perform biochemical studies and tak Product Description popup.authors Gyzha Liliya Yuriivna Datz Roman Ihorovych Zaharko Viktoria Petrivna Kens Kostyantyn Andriyovych Kolivoshko Yuriy Volodymyrovych Kuzyk Andrii S.
