The aim of the work is to improve the diagnosis and increase the effectiveness of treatment of patients with cirrhosis based on the study of clinical and functional features of the liver and elucidation of manifestations and some pathogenetic mechanisms of syntropic co- and polymorbid syndromic and nosological lesions of other organs and systems. Research methods. A set of clinical-laboratory and instrumental studies, which provides consistent information about the state of the circulatory system in patients with CP. Clinical: surveys, objective examination (general and systems). Laboratory (blood tests): in addition to routine, serological markers of hepatitis B and C, analysis of human autoantibodies of Ig G class up to 14 antigens, study of markers of endothelial dysfunction (endothelin levels 1 (E-1), cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP)), renni indicators aldosterone system (RAAS) (renin, aldosterone) and brain natriuretic peptide (MNP). Instrumental examinations: in addition to routine, heart rate variability (HRV), ultrasound (US), comprehensive ultrasound Doppler flowmetry of abdominal vessels, esophagogastroduodenofibroscopy (EFGDFS), colonofodiography chest organs.
