FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF HUMAN CAPITAL IN THE TRANSFORMATION ECONOMY. The object of research is the process of formation and development of human capital in the transformational economy of Ukraine. The purpose of the work is to substantiate the economic mechanisms of formation and development of human capital at the regional and sectoral levels and to find ways to improve the efficiency of its use. Research methods - systematic approach, monographic analysis, comparisons and analogies, analysis and synthesis, economic-statistical, graphical and tabular, program-target. In the process of research, 68 scientific papers were published in domestic and foreign publications, including: 2 collective monographs, including 1 abroad; 1 textbook, 17 articles in journals indexed in NMB Scopus and Web of Science; 29 articles in professional scientific journals, 21 of them in journals, 1 publication in other publications (abroad); 18 publications of abstracts. Researchers - executors of the topic took part in the organization of 4 International scientific-practical conferences, 5 Round tables, 4 student discussion clubs and 4 student scientific seminars on the basis of the Department of Economics of Lutsk NTU. Developed and published 1 textbooks, 1 electronic and 16 printed educational and methodological publications in such disciplines as "Personnel Management", "Digital Economics", "Personnel Audit", "Social Economy", "Management Psychology" and others. The results of scientific developments are implemented in the practice of the educational process of the Department of Economics for quality and comprehensive training of future specialists - economists.
