The object of the research is the process of enterprise employees motivation in the post-industrial economy. The goal of the work is to study modern theoretical approaches and empirical technologies of enterprise employees motivation for the effective business processes development in the post-industrial economy. The study is based on the following approaches: dialectical method of cognition, a systematic approach; abstract-logical, historical; statistical; economical and mathematical, modelling, etc. Modern methods of motivation at the enterprises are analysed: grading system and the key performance indicators (KPI) system as well as work motivation models in developed countries. The specifics of the staff motivation in new of work environments have been studied: in the conditions of the Covid - 19 pandemic, in the conditions of transition to the remote work mode and in the transport behaviour management of metropolitan residents.
