Spatial diversity is a crucial characteristic of aerospace survey data, which determines their informativeness and the ability to decipher landscape details and objects of a particular scale. Implementing the technology of increasing spatial resolution will expand the possibilities of thematic decoding of images, more accurately delineate the contours of objects and significantly increase the overall informativeness of the survey data. In addition, subpixel offset of images from the original low-resolution data set allows to obtain additional details of the landscape and objects and use them to obtain a single image of high spatial resolution. Software implementation of the technique of subpixel data processing of remote sensing allows using the available low-resolution data to rotate more detailed images without involving technological modernization of imaging systems.
