The raw material base of gasification has been analyzed, promising raw materials have been selected, a laboratory facility has been developed and a set of experimental studies has been carried out, both of the gasification process itself and the preparation of raw materials for gasification. The necessary geometrical dimensions and parameters of the experimental laboratory installation of the reverse-type gas generator have been determined. A full-scale model of the gas generator was created according to the obtained geometric dimensions and parameters. To analyze the gasification process, a mathematical and numerical model of a reverse-type gas generator has been developed. The main parameters for the design of industrial and semi-industrial gas generators are obtained. Measures to improve the efficiency of gasification equipment are presented.
