Brief description of the report text: The object of research is the Ukrainian lands during the Second World War. The subject of the study is the social reality in the Ukrainian lands during the Second World War, its reflection in historical memory. The purpose of the study: a comprehensive study of the situation in Ukraine during the Second World War and at life of the local population in the context of national, economic and colonial policy of the invaders, studying the resistance movement, social and cultural propagandistic processes on the occupied territories and highlighting all these events in historical memory. Methods of research. The work used general scientific and special-historical methods: specific-search, comparative, problem-chronological, statistical-analytical, method of generalization and systematization, etc. An interdisciplinary approach was used in the study. The results and their novelty are that the existing domestic and foreign studies on the situation in Ukraine during the Second World War were supplemented, including the launch of new thematic stories; the general and regional features of the situation of the local population in the conditions of the Nazi occupation reality, etc. are determined. The results were published in 3 publications, of which 1 is a monograph, 1 is a professional article, 1 is an article in a foreign publication. Characteristics of the research results: the research results were tested in speeches at 10 scientific events (conferences, historical debates, webinars). Significance and practical application of the study.
