Thus, the the project aims to develop a method for the synthesis and preparation of the fluorescently tagged tris-dioximate iron (II) clathrochelate complex and examine its properties. To achieve this goal, we are planning to develop the methods for targeted modification of iron (II) clathrochelate complexes; to synthesize several iron (II) clathrochelates functionalized by linker groups - precursors of fluorescently tagged complexes; to develop a modification method of linker groups by fluorescent tags. As a result, we will obtain a method for the selective modification of the iron (II) clathrochelate complexes and fluorescently tagged iron (II) clathrochelate.
