During the period of research work the following was carried out: study and analysis of functional changes in the body of students of secondary schools during physical activity in physical education classes as part of physical education; study of the possibility of medical and pedagogical control, as a component of medical means, to measure sports performance; determining the impact of athletics on improving the level of physical fitness of schoolchildren at age of 12-13; the implementation of a phased program of boxing classes aimed at improving the physical fitness of students while visiting the boxing section; determining the effectiveness of the impact of volleyball classes on the indicators of physical development of students in grades 7-8; determining the effectiveness of the impact of exercises on simulators during physical education classes, to increase the level of students’ physical fitness; assessment of the level of awareness of volleyball athletes, groups of advanced sportsmanship in various sports (volleyball), in the main theoretical aspects of rational nutrition and its biochemical basis; development and implementation of a set of special measures in the educational process aimed at the prevention and correction of postural disorders among secondary school students; assessment of changes in the main indicators of the cardiorespiratory system of the body of people, who attend fitness classes, athletes, who row on “Dragon” boats, female volleyball players; determining the type of nervous system of football players and analysis of the functional state of their central nervous system; assessment of the psychophysical condition of athletes under conditions of training and competitive activities.
