The purpose of the work is to develop recommendations for ensuring the safety of excavation sites and approval of projects of isolated methane removal from the produced space 1001M and 1186 lavas with the help of gas suction units outside the excavation sites of the mine named after the Heroes of Space PSD of the «Mine management named after the Heroes of Space PJSC «DFEK PAVLOGRADVUHILLYA». Research methods - generalization and analysis of results, methods mat. statistics, calculations according to standard methods. As a result of the work, the mining-geological and mining characteristics of the excavation sections 1001M and 1186 lava of the mine named after the Heroes of Space PSD of the «Mine management named after the Heroes of Space PJSC «DFEK PAVLOGRADVUHILLYA». Developed "Recommendations for safety during operation of the gas-suction unit ВМЦГ-7M excavation section 1001M lava." "Recommendations for ensuring safety during operation of the УВЦГ-7 gas suction unit of the excavation site 1186 of the C11 formation lava" have been developed. Agreed "Project of isolated methane removal from the produced space of 1186 lava outside the excavation area by pipeline using the gas suction unit УВЦГ-7" and "Project of isolated methane removal from the produced space 1001M lava formation C10v outside the excavation area ВМЦГ-7M installations". As a result of the application of the developed recommendations, the safety of mining operations is ensured, which is of great socio-economic and environmental importance.
