The main tasks of the work are: - implementation of matrix analysis of theories of transformation of organizational structures of enterprises in an unstable environment; - development of methodological recommendations for determining the type of differential environment; - development of methodological principles for calculating the parameters of organizational design of modern enterprises; - development of methodical recommendations on management of organizational changes in the conditions of differential external environment; - development of practical recommendations, determination of the system of indicators for assessing the effectiveness of transformation of enterprises in a differential environment. The object of study is the process of organizational design in a differential environment of enterprises. The subject of research is the theoretical and methodological foundations and practical aspects of organizational design in a differential environment of enterprises. The theoretical and methodological basis of the work was a set of scientific papers in the field of economics, management, philosophy, conflict, related to the formation of theoretical and methodological foundations of organizational design in a differential environment; analytical calculations and results of the authors' own research. The tasks were solved using the following methods: the method of cognition, theoretical generalization and comparison; method of system analysis and synthesis; method of structural modeling; method of economic and mathematical modeling.
