The lower and higher specific heating values of concentrated beet vinasse combustion were determined. A rapid method for determining the concentrated beet vinasse moisture content on a refractometer by dilution was proposed. The concentration of micro- and macroelements of concentrated (73.75 ± 0.15% dry matter) and crude (12.97 ± 0.01% dry matter) beet vinasse was determined. The indicators of pH, redox potential, dry matter, ash content, total nitrogen content and chemical oxygen consumption of beet vinasse were studied. The yields of biogas and methane during anaerobic fermentation of crude and concentrated beet vinasse were analyzed. Instructions for the control of the evaporator for the concentration of beet vinasse, as well as for the control of the columns on the secondary steam of the evaporator were developed.
