Number of methods of non-destructive testing, in particular non-contact coherent-optical analysis of deformation defects of the surface of metal structures, instrumental indentation, LM-hardness and measurement of magnetic force were checked. The possibility of estimating the accumulation of metal damage of pipelines using the parameter of material homogeneity are shown. The mechanisms of development ductile fracture of metallic bodies with cracks and the main parameters included in the models based on local fracture criteria are analyzed. Algorithms for determination of local fracture criteria and the possibility of transferring the results, which obtained for different sizes specimens of to assess the integrity of real structures, were considered. Methodological bases of carrying out of experimental researches of influence of operational, technological and scale factors on integrity of real designs of aerospace units are developed. Complex experimental and numerical researches for assessing stress strain state, damage and fracture of composite materials and components with take into account concerning various loading scenarios and kinds of a stress state are carried out.
