The purpose of the work is to assess the current status of aquatic bioresources stocks in the Sea of Azov and the Black Sea, to recommend catch limits for 2022. There were used the research methods which are the most suitable methods of ichthyological and hydrobiological research, statistical analysis, elements of mathematical modulation. There were gicen the analytical information based on research conducted during 2020, and parially in the first half of 2021, as well as taking into account multiannual data characterizing the main biological indicators of fish and invertebrates in the Sea of Azov and the Black Sea. Aquatic bioresources stocks are estimated, and the analysis of their possible changes is carried out. Forecast estimates of the stocks status for 2022 have been made, and cath limits for the the Sea of Azov and the Black Sea have been set proposed.
