Structural-functional characteristics, principles, vectors, and organization methods of support are determined. It is proposed a model of accompanying mediation of personal post-traumatic transformations, which includes factors of preserving the psychological well-being of combatants and people affected by the pandemic (targeted according to life landscapes), support strategies, effectiveness criteria. A strategy for electronic support of psychological well-being, predictors of its success in expectation of peace, are formulated. The support of personality’s post-traumatic growth is conceptualized; its principles, model and factors, and strategies for growth discursive facilitation are formulated. It is presented а set of strategies for developing emotional stability based on a verified hierarchical typology of psychological profiles. The strategy of personal transformation support of veterans and volunteers in transition to a peaceful life and its efficiency are presented; a model of coronavirus stress factors coping is developed. The model of counteraction to communicative risks is constructed. The strategy to reconstruct the traumatized person’s emotional communication network is defined; the construction factors of the sanogenic network of interpersonal contacts under the quarantine conditions are revealed. The types of losses, stages of their experience are determined; the support model for the person experiencing loss is developed, support strategies are systematized. The model, and criteria for IDPs’ support are proposed, the strategy of art therapy methods expanding is presented. The criteria of playback theatre’s compliance to the essence of support are revealed; the conditions of playback theatre in places of armed and other conflicts are clarified; the strategies of psychological support after playback theatre interventions are offered.
