The model based on Mi scattering theory for spherical particles and Stern's double electric layer theory were used in simulations. The test measurements of the ESPR-electrochemical sensor in the mode of optoelectronic sensor with simultaneous application of electric potential to the system of interdigital electrodes with arrays of gold nanostructures placed on a transparent dielectric substrate. Electronic circuits were designed, printed circuit boards were made and software for the prototype operation of the device in the autonomous mode of the "smart sensor" was developed.
