Equilibrium configurations for various limits of three-zone supercondensator are demonstrated. It is shown that three oscillation modes are related to three coherence lengths in three-zone superconductor. Varying charge dust particle distribution function and its moments are calculated. It is obtained that charge varying leads to a change in evolution speed of dust particle ensemble in proportion to particle charge and no correlations decay. It is shown that force probability distribution corresponds to the product of the probability distributions for particle charge and modified Holtsmark distribution for fluctuating charge particle in the random electric and magnetic fields.
